Evening with Industry – DEADLINE TO SIGN UP: TODAY
Cal Poly SWE is holding their annual Evening with Industry Event this quarter on January 19th, 2012 at the Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo. EWI is a dinner banquet which consists of a social hour, where students can mingle with the attending companies and a dinner where students sit with their chosen company’s representatives.
If you’re interested in signing up for a spot of EWI please stop by the SWE office located in Building 13 room 202. The Office is open from 10am -3pm Monday through Friday. The tickets are $10 for SWE members, $25 for non SWE members, $30 for membership and a ticket to EWI. Attached to this email are a list of the companies attending and the majors they are looking to hire and also a list of tables still available. This is your chance to network with different companies, so don’t miss this great opportunity!
Also SWE is offering two other opportunities for this event.
- We ask that you do not bring your resume to the banquet; however each representative will receive a cd with the resumes of students attending EWI. If you would like to have your resume added to the cd, please email it to cpsweresume@gmail.com
- If you are interested in purchasing business cards for the event, SWE will be selling a set of ten business cards for $2. To purchase these, please stop by the SWE office (13-202).

* Civil and Environmental Job Fair: January 27 in Chumash Auditorium. Networking: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Interviews: 2-4 p.m. Hosted by SCE and SENVE. Click here for a list of participating companies.
* Local Career Fair, Feb. 23 from 9 a.m.-Noon in Chumash Auditorium. This is a new event hosted by Career Services. Log on to MustangJOBS in early February for a list of participating companies and available positions.
